For our Leaving Certificate DCG Project (2020) we were tasked with researching into the designs and history of headphones, gaming headphones in particular. The project is split into two; Design & Research and Concept Development.
Throughout this project, multiple different fields were covered - general research, comparing headphones, freehand sketching and creating headphones from scratch using SolidWorks.
We also had to research into our own unique topic that could influence a new pair of headphones to be created. I decided to base mine off of wildlife and nature - “The Wild Headset”.
